Chinese / Multilingual SBI
Multilingual SBI might become possible. SBI has the capacity to handle Chinese character pages if the language meta tag is being setup properly. To be able to render Chinese words to me is a big deal.
Can you image you can do business and earn an income with your mother language. What a joyfulness transaction! An unforgetable cheerful happiness from a such famillar voice.

Primary caveat
This is not a guide line on how to enter multilingual character into SBI system. This is just an experimental report. I wish you can be benefited from it and one day you might discover something new and I hope you can share with us too.
As I said, the process seems to be applicable to some other character. Unfortunately I don't know any other language. Please share with us if it works.
Background
Chinese is my mother language. I am an experience developer so I did web sites in Chinese from time to time.
I notice that SBI system is not configurated in multilingual setup, it does not allowed foreign language from the very beginning.
But, I always hear Ken says multilingual multi language. This create my curious want to know if the system has changed or not. from time to time I upload some Chinese pages to do the test.
So far I don't have luck, the system still not accept Chinese pages. Recently I find a solution for it - change the language meta tag in the page.
Cross the obstacle
With the change of language tag, I can upload a Chinese page without any problem. SBI system can not see the word in the title tag.
There is no magic at all. The culprit is that I was too smart and might this be a professional habit. I always define the language of a page!!
This is what I always tell the system :
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
While with Chinese pages I will change the charset to gb2312, or big5. It seems perfectly alright. Actually, none of them were corrected with SBI. It uses another set of language setting.
Once the meta tag is changed to an appropriated charset, pages were accepted without a glitch. I think the setup could work with any language. It is an International characters set, assume to be worked with any language in the earth!!

The Limitation
Since Chinese language structure is not the same as English. pages accepted by the SBI doesn't mean Analyze It can do the analysis.
The result is yet 100% equivalent to an english report. Only assume that you know the language. You understand what the analytic report is talking about. You are tolerant with the report then you can build the page.
Other issue
The pages can be recognized by Search Engine HQ, and display the keyword.
Those keyword code is also recognize by Google, if you put in those code and search, you get result from google.
