I am so happy with what I found - odesk, I have several smart freelancers working with me.

There is thousands of outsourcing service provider on the web for you to scrutinize. Number of them was heard from time to time at the message boards, forums and meetings.

For example freelance, rentacoder, getafreelancer, peopleperhour etc ...These are big guys in the field.

Some of these outsourcing providers even propose affiliate opportunity. But I feel this is a place where we get help it shouldn't snarl up any money.

So I picked odesk as my outsourcing provider, and so far I am glad I chose the right one.

When you sign up for the service, odesk requested you submit your credit card information. My friend! For this, I was a little bit hesitated.

But understood, they had to assure that they were dealing with the right person either. Once I submitted my info, they did a small transaction with the credit card. And you have to find out the exact amount with your credit card office and report them back to odesk.

You have to prepare this too. They will do another double check to ensure that you are the one who applied for the services. On the second day someone might contact you by telephone!

Once you were accepted as a buyer, you can start post your job.

Providers or freelancers bid for the job, and you can interview the potential candidates through email, IM or skype and pick the right person to do your job.

The right candidate is not necessary to be the lowest bidder, but focus on her / his ability. You can review their previous experience before you make your final decision.
