Motivation is more important than money

I have a comfortable life. I am living with all the basic
needs. I have a job even it is not secured as you said so, I know my
car is not a latest model but I have my lovely family, I have enough
food on the table. I notice that my budget is tight, but I am fine.
Actually most of us have sufficient income for a comfortable living. Extra money will not create any motivation. It must be something else. Could It be your dream goal? eg: Some place where you want to visit, send your children to private school, financial support for your children through university study or a retirement fund and etc. The goal itself must be big enough to cover your inconvenience.
Now we discover, a dream is the most important motivation in the extra income seeking arena. It is the fuel to move someone out of a comfort zone. If the dream is big enough and possible to achieve then the person will move.
Show you money is rational motivation works only if you have a dream.
